Welcome to Ballet For Me and You! My name is Alissa and I plan to introduce you to the world of ballet. Through my life of dance, I’ve been a student, a professional, an instructor, a choreographer, and an arts administrator. I have been fortunate to train with phenomenal instructors, from all around the world and worked with the newest to the most established dance companies. Now it’s time to pass on what I’ve learned. Through this site I intend to inform you about the in’s and out’s of the ballet world. You will discover everything from ballet history to emerging choreographers, how to find a studio, how to find a company, and answers to the questions you never knew to ask.
